By buying an Opticdigit plan or using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Opticdigit provides billing, eye test, inventory and reminder software for optical shops, along with any hardware and services included in your plan.
2. Plans and payment
All plans are billed yearly. Prices are shown at the time of purchase and include applicable taxes unless stated. Premium Pro costs more in its first year because it includes the printer, and renews at a lower yearly price. You can upgrade at any time, and the unused part of your current plan is credited.
3. Hardware and warranty
Printers carry the manufacturer's warranty. Paper and label rolls are consumables. Damage from misuse, water or unauthorised repair is not covered.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Unused hardware in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Software setup and marketing work already delivered are non-refundable.
5. Your responsibilities
Keep your login secure, enter accurate information, and send messages to customers in line with applicable law.
6. Liability
Opticdigit is not liable for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the courts of Maharashtra.
