This policy explains what information Opticdigit collects when you use our website, app and hardware, and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
Account details you give us (name, shop name, phone, email, address, GSTIN). Business records you enter in the app, including customer names, mobile numbers, eye power readings, invoices and stock. Basic usage and device data needed to keep the app working.
2. How we use it
To provide the service, print and store invoices, send reminders you trigger, offer support and improve the product. We do not sell your data or your customers' data.
3. Your customers' data
You own the customer and prescription records in your account. We process them only on your instruction. Messages are sent under your shop's name.
4. Storage and security
Data is stored on secure servers with encrypted connections and regular backups. Access within Opticdigit is limited to staff who need it for support.
5. Your choices
You can export or delete your data at any time by contacting us. We delete account data within 30 days of a verified request, except where the law requires us to keep it.
